Possible To Write A Script To Import ISS Orbital Elements?

Postby CharlesInHouston » Mon Feb 09, 2015 11:50 pm

All -

Here is a fun and challenging exercise. I enter the current ISS vector into GMAT, I get it from:

http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/realdata/elements/

It would sure save me a lot of time and effort if I could get GMAT to go to that site and load that vector. I could possibly pay someone for that script - in early May.

Anyone interested??

The orbital components ought to be ascertained for the present date. That is, they should be adjusted for purchase assignment online irritations by the real planets, and so on.
