Ground Stations Revisit

Postby lghizoni » Tue Sep 10, 2013 12:46 pm

I'm new to Gmat, and I'm trying to simulate the revisit times of a satellite on a ground station, considering its FOV and the latitude and longitude of the ground station.

Is that possible on Gmat?? Can someone help me?

Thanks a lot.

Best regards,

Hi Leonardo,

GMAT doesn't have this sort of capability built-in right now, but you can use GMAT's scripting language to implement it. See the attached script for a simple example that tracks ground station visibility from the horizon.
